The Spiritual Warrior is one who fosters peace in every environment in which he/she is present. If there is disharmony or violence of thought, word or deed, it is the duty of the Spiritual Warrior to neutralize violence and be an agent of peace and prosperity.

Gurujodha Singh is a 6th degree black belt in Kenpo Karate and a teacher of Kundalini Yoga. He began his studies with Yogi Bhajan in 1974 and served as Yogiji’s personal bodyguard from 1992-2003.

Gurujodha will combine Kundalini yoga and martial arts to enable participants to experience their inner Spiritual Warrior. In this workshop, you will practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to experience mental clarity, to enhance centered self-control, to build environmental awareness and intuition, and to increase your energetic strength and endurance.

Participants will also experience the art of violence neutraliztion, simple techniques to restore balance and a state of calm. “Are you trained or untrained?” At the end of the day you have to be trained to be of service to others in times of challenge and you must have the skill set to meet the challenge.

This workshop is designed to inspire people to be Spiritual Warriors.
