Taught by Siri Ved Khalsa, Yogi Bhajan’s personal cook and author of From Vegetables,
with Love - Recipes & Tales from a Yogi’s Kitchen

Siri Ved will share from her wealth of knowledge about the yogic diet, healing qualities
of foods, the Kundalini Yogi’s approach to preparing food, and stories from the years
she served as Yogi Bhajan’s personal cook. We will learn about the three “gunas,” what
are the most important foods to keep in the yogi’s pantry, including “survival” foods for
the stressful and polluted world we live in, and how to incorporate these teachings into
your daily life. Come prepared for a few yoga exercises and an uplifting morning!
