It’s the Year of the Rooster. The Great Awakener. And, if you are alive today, then you’ve heard its shrilling call to action. Yep. It’s our rise and shine moment.

But how do we rise without falling prey to the collective fray?

We’ve all been stewing in anger~ a natural emotion we yogis tend to bypass with “love and light”.

And yet, that anger of yours? It’s fire. We need it.

That anger of yours can fuel that love and light into action.

But heed Yogi Bhajan’s words of wisdom,

“Anger can either cook for you or burn your house down.”

We’ve seen that misused anger burn our Earth home and the humanity and dignity it houses. That’s not us. Let’s let that anger cook for us-by consciously, non-violently and un-apologetically transmuting our pessimism into activism. An activist is an alchemist. And Kundalini Yoga? Pure alchemy. Utilizing the tenets of Trauma to Dharma™ and the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga come neutralize, alchemize and actualize.  The revolution begins within; And we need to root in order to rise.
