It’s the Year of the Rooster. The Great Awakener. And, if you are alive today, then you’ve heard its shrilling call to action. Yep. It’s our rise and shine moment.

But how do we rise without falling prey to the collective fray?

We’ve all been stewing in anger~ a natural emotion we yogis tend to bypass with “love and light”.

Utilizing the tenets of Trauma to Dharma™ and the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga come neutralize, alchemize and actualize.  The revolution begins within; And we need to root in order to rise.
