Virtually all of us have been wounded – whether it was once or twice, occasionally, or regularly. For most of us, these wounds impact our lives in both subtle & profound ways. We want to live our lives as radiant examples of how to live on the planet. We want to become aware of, and develop an ongoing connection with our higher selves, but we find that we are blocked by fears of lack of self worth. Sometimes we try to prove we are worthy, but nothing ever seems to be enough. In spiritual practice, many of us find frequent opportunities to experience guilt. We promise ourselves that we are going to do a certain practice every day, or that we will stop doing some habit that we perceive to be demoting or unhealthy, and then find that we are not able to do (or not do) the thing we promised ourselves. Then we call ourselves names, feel like we failed, are “no good,” etc.
Join us for a transformational workshop which will transform that negative voice into one of positive self-love.

True health is not something that can be achieved from taking any single herb or by visiting a particular healer. True health is achieved by a deeper experience of how the human organism operates. This knowledge is not something that is reserved for doctors, scientists, or even mystics. It can be easily comprehended by anyone who wishes to do so. Yoga and Ayurveda makes up the path science known as ’svastha’, or ‘pefect health’.
Here, you learn to root out the cause of dis-ease and generate extraordinary states of vitality. Whether it is stress, anxiety, depression, physical challenges, or anything else…this system of healing addresses the root of every disorder and every source of pain. You discover how to eliminate negatively charged mental and physical challenges and transform your body and mind into a powerful vehicle for energy, clarity and purpose. You begin to obtain the wisdom that will allow you to live with an authentic vitality that can only be obtained through subtle layers of understanding and experience.
In this special Kundalini Yoga workshop with yogi, Ayurvedic specialist and teacher, Jai Dev Singh, you will take a deep dive into the spectacular wisdom of Ayurveda. We will enter into the subtle, healing space for a direct experience of the ‘vidya’, the living teachings.

As part of morning Sadhana, we join together in the “House of the Guru” to sing the praises of the Infinite and connect to our divine self. The Sikh form of worship is through the Shabd Guru, the Divine Sound Current, the eternal vibration of wisdom, which breaks through illusion and gets us to our core. Each morning we will sing Gurbani Kirtan and sacred songs, will be led in the recitation of a Prayer (Ardas), and hear a daily Passage (Hukam) from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, which will offer guidance for our day.
When entering this sacred space, please cover your head, remove your shoes and if possible, wash your hands. Sikh Dharma International is happy to host this Gurdwara, and wishes each one a blessed and uplifting experience.

An inspiring workshop geared both to students new to the practice of morning Sadhana and veterans looking to strengthen their morning discipline. This class will feature a brief audio lecture from the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga, on the reasons for and benefits of doing Sadhana.
We’ll learn how to wake up and how to keep up from the teachings of Yogi Bhajan along with meditations and techniques to keep ourselves motivated and inspired.
Come together as we move through an asana practice with a kundalini flare! First, we’ll strengthen the pelvis and skeletal structure to move with mindfulness and strength. Then we’ll work on flexibility while using breath to experience a true moving meditation.
You’ll learn how asana movements can benefit your Kundalini practice. We’ll end the class with a guided deep relaxation. With this type of Hatha class, you will be able to deepen your Kundalini practice and be able to sit in meditation for longer periods of time.
All levels welcome.
“There are two areas of your body which you must develop. Upper palate and frontal lobe, frontal lobe control your personality and see everybody knows everything. And frontal lobe controls the personality and upper palate that controls the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus controls your automatic creative habits. There are seven neurological layers of the brain and they have fourteen sides to it and how brain works? And if these atoms of the brain we call them units, which control your body so effectively. You know your body has thirty-trillion cells. This little cantaloupe controls it. It’s not a small machine it’s quite a big machine, but when it is overloaded with emotions, commotions and all that stuff, you have to go to a garage for service and that service shall be that you should be put through a process, that you shall develop intuitive consciousness, so that you can be back to normal again.” – Yogi Bhajan
According to Yogi Bhajan, addictions are self-defeating habits. In Beyond Addiction: The Yogic Path to Recovery, addictions are defined as “any pattern of behavior that you crave, and find some temporary relief or pleasure in, but are unable to give up despite the negative long term consequence.” In addition to using drugs and alcohol, there are countless ways for individuals to find temporary relief from discomfort including social media, compulsive shopping, destructive relationships, sex, sugar, workaholism, fantasizing, and gambling.
Rather than masking pain and suffering with distraction and avoidance, to truly heal, the addict must become present and aware, the very experience he or she so desperately seeks to avoid by engaging in the addictive behavior pattern. The transformational power of the yoga of awareness supports healing by allowing the individual to actively participate in a powerful process. The physical stretching opens the body and breathing moves suppressed emotions and stuck energy so that it can be circulated, transformed, and released. Postures build resilience and meditation creates a space for the calming effects of the parasympathetic nervous system to dominate, as the glandular system re-sets. This practice creates the space to heal and let go to experience true freedom and happiness by delivering those who practice from the darkness to the light. It’s the Year of the Rooster. The Great Awakener. And, if you are alive today, then you’ve heard its shrilling call to action. Yep. It’s our rise and shine moment.
But how do we rise without falling prey to the collective fray?
We’ve all been stewing in anger~ a natural emotion we yogis tend to bypass with “love and light”.
And yet, that anger of yours? It’s fire. We need it.
That anger of yours can fuel that love and light into action.
But heed Yogi Bhajan’s words of wisdom,
“Anger can either cook for you or burn your house down.”
We’ve seen that misused anger burn our Earth home and the humanity and dignity it houses. That’s not us. Let’s let that anger cook for us-by consciously, non-violently and un-apologetically transmuting our pessimism into activism. An activist is an alchemist. And Kundalini Yoga? Pure alchemy. Utilizing the tenets of Trauma to Dharma™ and the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga come neutralize, alchemize and actualize. The revolution begins within; And we need to root in order to rise.
“When you understand who and what you are, your radiance projects into the universal radiance and everything around you become creative and full of opportunity.” ~ Yogi Bhajan
This class will take you on a journey of healing and dissolving blocks that have kept you from shining your light into the world. Together we will expand into the beautiful light of being. We are living in a new paradigm of human evolution, and the shifts are bringing up new emotions. We have a choice to shrink back and let fear win, or to embrace vulnerability, allowing the miraculous energy of love to unfold within ourselves and in our lives. At this time the infinite is infusing the beautiful light of transformation into world. We can access it if we allow. The love frequency is here for everyone. It is our core. We need only release energetic blocks and relax the grip on old scaffolding and emotional crutches that no longer serve us in the new radiant vibration. Your soul is calling and the world needs your vibration.
Co-authors Karena Virginia and Dharm Khalsa will be going into depth with key concepts from their new book, Essential Kundalini Yoga: An Invitation to Radiant Health, Unconditional Love and the Awakening of Your Energetic Potential, including the Miracle Breath, The Advance Gratitude Technique and the Love Frequency Phenomenon. You can expect the unexpected to arrive in magical ways.

It is a meditation; a dream-like state; a carefully honored space of intention and attention; a deep and lasting vibrational cleansing for the body and soul; a profound journey through all levels of the self like you have never experienced before.
An all night experience starts by preparing your body with light breathwork or meditation and settling into a cosy space for the night to sleep, to be awake, to meditate or to be amazed by the vastness of the healing sound current. Mike and Gallina will be sharing the vibrations from over 60 instruments (multiple gongs, gong oblongs, sound triangles, sound plates, bells and Himalayan singing bowls). The deep complex harmonics of multiple gongs, singing bowls and other vibrational instruments resonate continuously through the night melting away boundaries between being awake and asleep, between inside and outside. The rhythmic sound oscillations facilitate the movement of prana through the body and deliver a deep energetic reboot of the nervous system. These sacred sounds are transmitted into the tissues, realigning us on the cellular level while removing unwanted patterns and blockages, and energizing, exhilarating and lifting the spirit. Meditate or sleep through the night as Crown of Eternity tone you into the deepest conscious sleep, cleansing, releasing, healing, and harmonizing on all levels!

As women we have all battled with our own inner demons: those devilish voices telling us we’re not good enough, strong enough or smart enough. Ah well, we’ve got news.
The devil may have whispered in your ear, “you’re not strong enough to withstand this storm.” Today you get to whisper back “I am the storm.”
Yes, The time has come to give a shift. A global shift. The time has come to harness and utilize the thing we’ve feared most~ our own strength and wisdom~ that rising Storm known as The Divine Feminine. This fierce and forceful storm of storms isn’t violent or abusive; destructive or oppressive. She may not play nice, but she is inherently kind. This storm is creative and constructive. She organizes and mobilizes. Fueled by fierce compassion, inclusion and spirited connection she is done staying hidden and quiet. She has risen. She is done feigning sleep. She has risen. And she is no longer afraid of the storm. Because finally she gets it. She owns it. SHE IS THE STORM.
Come join together in sisterhood as we collectively ignite our Divine Feminine fire. It only takes one candle to light up the dark, imagine what all of us can do together?
